In addition to the furniture that goes in the space, we understand that there is much more to maintaining your office environment. Form Function will provide facilities services to assist tenants or building owners with general facilities projects, which may include:
- Light bulb services
- Picture hanging or sign installation
- General building or office repair needs (paint, minor drywall repair, minor repairs, etc)
- Special Project Management – we can assist with obtaining general bids for maintenance projects , as well as managing the process to ensure proper completion
